Caretaker – 30 Hours Per Week – Salary £18,642 Per Annum

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate Caretaker to join our team. You will act as the first point of contact. We are looking for a person who can quickly generate confidence and respect and who is capable of fostering highly positive working relationships with tenants, visitors and colleagues.

Handyperson  – 14 Hours Per Week – Salary £8,699.60 Per Annum

We seek a like-minded person who can work within a team and on their own initiative. Someone with a strong level of maintenance experience is well organised, able to work within a set timeframe and has integrity and reliability.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our facilities. You will be responsible for various tasks, including repairs, maintenance, and general support to keep our premises safe, operational, and visually appealing.
