Currently, HCD is running the following Skills and Employment Support programmes:
HM Courts & Tribunals Service Assisted Digital Project
- If you need to claim money owed to you;
- If you have a penalty fine from Transport of London (TfL) and want to challenge it;
- If you want to appeal on Employment Support Allowance (ESF) decision;
- If you applied for Personal Independent Payment (PIP) and thinking about appealing the outcome;
- If you need to respond to a claim for money owed;
- If you lost someone close to you and need to deal with their property, money and possessions;
- If you are thinking of divorcing.

- Future Digital Inclusion Project:
The programme aims to help people to improve their digital skills, particularly unemployed and/or low skilled, as well as people with disabilities and/or learning difficulties. Book now for training
- Essential Digital Skills (Entry 3 and Level 1) -a free course funded by the London Borough of Hackney
These qualifications will enable learners to develop the digital skills they need for life, work or further study. The courses will be delivered remotely from the comfort of your home.
- Fundamental Digital Marketing Skills – a free course funded by the London Borough of Hackney
HCD supports local people in improving their digital marketing capabilities using online resources. We also offer one-to-one support, including for local businesses, for free. Make It Click is a collection of online learning resources to help you build digital skills. It includes the course tools and templates carefully picked from established websites with a reliable track record of providing digital skills content.
